Production and live streaming of ViteConf, an interactive online conference by web dev company StackBlitz.
Having previously hired separate companies for the streaming and production components for ViteConf in past years, the conference organizers worked with us to ensure a streamlined experience where all aspects of the event were produced and managed under one roof. By providing all services in-house, we ensured workflow continuity as well as consistent quality throughout the project.
Footage was gathered from 47 speakers and assembled according to the event timeline into a 12-hour video for streaming. Motion graphics were created for the conference title cards, speaker introductions, and other transition slides. The 12-hour YouTube Premiere was scheduled beforehand and monitored throughout, with a backup streaming plan put in place and a technician on standby during the event in case of any unforeseen issues with the stream.
The ViteConf 2023 event garnered 33,000 live views on the day of the conference, doubling viewership from the previous year, and received positive acclaim from its attendees. The organizers of the conference expressed satisfaction in the increased production value of the live stream compared to previous years.
