Avantus Financial is a private lending firm based out of Vancouver who was in need of a digital advertising support to bring qualified leads through the door.
In early 2024, we were tasked with conceptualizing an ad campaign targeted towards individuals in need of construction financing, second mortgages, and renovation financing. After preliminary market research and audience analysis, we determined that Facebook and Instagram would be the best platform to run ads for Avantus' demographic. Arkavis managed the entire campaign process, including ideation, producing relevant creative for the ads, A/B testing, and ad monitoring.
This particular campaign produced extremely positive results: $41,000 in commission revenue generated on just $1,100 of ad spend - a 40x return on their investment. As construction financing tends to be seasonal, the campaign is currently on hold, with plans to revive the ad in early 2025.
